Our stock list will be updated week days at 20h00. If any perfume is purchased during the day and it seems to be out of stock you will be able to swop it. Please understand that our store is a side hustle, and we may not be immediately available during the day. Rest assured that we will respond to your inquiries via email, call, or WhatsApp after hours to assist you as soon as possible.

We are a online business. As you place your order, we order our stock from our warehouse. Please note that business times does apply. It all depends on when and how big order is placed

We would like to inform you that courier delivery times typically take about 7 business days. However, during busy periods, such as holidays or sales events, delays can occur, and delivery times may be longer than usual. Unfortunately, once your package is in the hands of the courier, we have no control over these delays.

We kindly ask that all interactions remain respectful and professional. While we understand frustrations can arise, please note that rude behavior will not be tolerated as we strive to maintain a positive and respectful environment for all our customers.

Additionally, we would like to clarify that courier companies are separate entities from our business, and unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for delays caused by them. We always strive to ensure that orders are processed and shipped promptly, but once the package arrives and leaves our premises, it is in the hands of the courier service.

Delivery times may vary, and any delays beyond our control are something we cannot influence.
